Persimmon mogi, peeling (dried persimmons 10 per person), soak persimmon in shochu and put in a bag (10 per person persimmon)

  1. Persimmons will be aged locally, and can be shipped with separate shipping charges
  2. Soaked persimmons can be taken home, and deliciously enjoyed 1 week later

Catching Trout

Grab trout in a temporary pond on the rice terrace

  • Create bamboo skewers at Kuwanomi House
  • Gut and salt a trout
  • Fire up a charcoal fireplace and salt-grill (of course you can eat it!)
